However, certain items, such as custom or made-to-order furniture, clearance or final sale items, and those showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery, are non-returnable.

For cancellations, in-stock items can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. However, custom orders must be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order to avoid cancellation fees.
