Items are eligible for return if they are unused and in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery or purchase. However, certain items, such as custom or made-to-order furniture, clearance or final sale items, and those showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery, are non-returnable.

Proof of purchase and a description of the issue are required. Once approved, detailed instructions for the return will be provided. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. It is essential to ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. If an item arrives damaged or defective, it is crucial to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Customers should provide photos of the damage along with their order details. In such cases, Stanton Furniture will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

For cancellations, in-stock items can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. However, custom orders must be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order to avoid cancellation fees.
